What Love360 is

Love360 is a personal discovery platform built around Connection DNA. It helps you understand how you naturally give and receive connection in relationships. It is a product of Connection DNA Ltd, a company incorporated in New Zealand, and is available at love360app.com.

Love360 is not a social network, not a dating app, and not an advertising platform. There are no public profiles, no social feed, and no advertising data model.

What information we collect

We collect only what is needed to deliver your Love360 results.

Quiz responses. Your answers to the 13-question Connection DNA quiz. These are used to calculate your connection profile and generate your personalised results. Your individual answers are not shown to other users or to your partner.

Profile information. If you choose to complete a profile, we collect your first name, age range, relationship status, and city. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or government-issued identifiers as part of the core product experience.

Technical data. Standard server and browser data collected automatically when you use the platform, including IP address, browser type, and device type. Used for platform security and performance only.

Payment information. If you purchase a paid report, payment is processed securely by Stripe. Love360 does not store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.

How we use your information

We use your information for the following purposes only:

• To generate your Connection DNA profile and personal results
• To produce a couple report when both partners have completed the quiz and linked their results
• To maintain the technical operation and security of the platform
• To process payments for paid reports via Stripe
• To respond to any enquiries or support requests you send us

We do not use your data for advertising, third-party profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering your Love360 experience.

Individual answers and couple reports

When you invite a partner to complete the quiz using your invite link, both sets of results are used to generate a shared couple report. This report reflects how your connection patterns interact. It is not a copy of either person's raw quiz answers.

Your individual answers are not shown to your partner. What your partner sees in the couple report is the combined insight generated from both profiles, not your responses question by question.

Each person's individual Connection DNA profile remains their own, and is only accessible via their personal result link.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data. Your information is never sold to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.
• We do not run advertising. Love360 carries no advertising. No advertiser has access to your data or your activity on the platform.
• We do not create public profiles. Your results are private to you. Other users cannot search for or view your Connection DNA.
• We do not operate a social feed. Your responses and results are never broadcast to other users.
• We do not engage in cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural surveillance technologies.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers required to operate the platform, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose:

• Supabase — secure database and data storage
• Vercel — platform hosting and deployment
• Cloudflare — network security and performance
• Stripe — payment processing for paid reports

Each provider is required to handle your data securely and only for the purpose of providing their service to us. We do not sell or license your data to any of them for their own commercial use.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

How data is stored

Your quiz results and profile information are stored securely in Supabase, a managed database platform. Data is retained for as long as your result link remains active or until you request deletion.

Because Love360 does not require account creation, your data is tied to your unique result link rather than a login credential. If you lose access to your result link and want your data removed, contact us at dave@love360app.com and we will assist you.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights including:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate information
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to object to certain uses of your data
• The right to data portability in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, contact dave@love360app.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

Cookies

Love360 uses only the technical cookies required for the platform to function, such as session management and security. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioural tracking.

We may use anonymised, aggregated analytics to understand general platform usage patterns. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.

Age

Love360 is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through the platform, contact dave@love360app.com and we will remove it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable effort to communicate them.
